Do I have a Problem?

After posting to an other group I received the following reply from
someone:

" My macafee (sic) popped up when opening your
post...basic low level email virus..make sure you have installed
newest critical updates from Micro website. In case you haven't
noticed, there are new critical updates almost every week nowadays.
I've been spending a hour every monday just to update all neccessary
things."

I've never had anyone mention this before. I use a text-only news
server and updated AVG. I admit I'm cautious about Window Updates but
few seem to apply to my limited PC use.

Anyone see a problem with my post?

Thanks.

G.

No, but you really should get something better than AVG.

Nothing strange about this post. What newsgroup and subject was the
post in? Perhaps the responder replied to the wrong post, or just
happened to have an email download going on in the background, when
he opened your post.

The group was alt.music.home-studio . Yeah, I think there must have
been something happening on his end. Thanks for the reply.
