How do I have outlook comeup automatically when I turn on my comp

I am using outlook at home. How do I get outlook to start when first start
my computer. I am working with outlook 2007

You can add the Outlook shortcut into your StartUp Group (on windows XP here).
Start-All programs-Microsoft Office-right click Outlook and choose Create
Shortcut. Then click and drag that shortcut into the Startup Group.
Anything in that Startup Group automatically "starts up" when windows loads.
