How do i handle an image?

I wanna handle an image to a word. so, when i go with the mouse upon the
specific word, an image that i uploaded to appear.

How can i do this?

Word doesn't expose any "mouse hover" stuff that will let you do something
like this. Possibly, the SmartTag technology could help. It can recognize
words (a series of characters), will show an icon+menu, and the user can
choose an action from the menu (which could insert the graphic). But
SmartTags are non-trivial to program. More information can be found on the
msdn site.
