My SE P900 allows synchronisation with Outlook. However, everytime I connect
the mobile to the PC, I have to click on the dialog box that appears to grant
access to the phone. Is there a way to grant automatic access to the phone
without the dialog box appearing?

Outlook security prompts? Contact Sony Ericsson for an updated version of
their sync software. When programmed securely and correctly those prompts
shouldn't be raised.
