I just switched to FP 2003. When I open FP it goes directly to my remote
site. I want to build on my computer, not the internet. How do I get my
local site to open, not the remote?

In FP under Tool--> options, uncheck "open last web opened when FP
starts" . That will stop FP from opening a FP web at start up.

Then close the web you have opened and open the web you want top open.

...PC

I tried that. It still will not work. I am getting very frustrated with the
FP 2003. I was able to navigate FP 2000 without any problems but am not
getting the hang of 2003. Sure wish I could go back to the old version.

Thanks for the help.

In FP2003:

Local - is the first site that you open, whether it is actual on your local machine or the
live/remote server.

Remote - is the site that you will be publishing to from the current open local site.

When I open FP it is in the remote, not the local. I need to get to the
local and cannot figure out how to get there from the remote.
