How do I go about having my presentation slide do animation online

Just recently, I created a presentation slide using transitions and animation
and a picture as a background. I used this particular slide to link to my
other website. The problem is when I preview as a browser, it does not
animate and does not give off sounds. How do I go about making my
presentation do animations and sounds online? Yet my presentation did very
well off-line. Could it be the htmls that needs to be removed or re-edited?
Your suggestions will be a great deal of help. Thank you
