How do I give a Delegate access to "Sent" and "Deleted" in Outlook

I want a delegate to be able to access my "Sent" and "Deleted" files in
Outlook just like they can access "e-mails," "contacts," "calendars," etc.

right click on the folder, choose properties and give them at least reviewer
permission.
