One of our users insists that when he would type an email message in Outlook
2002, some words would auto complete - like the months of the year, along
with others that were added to this Auto Complete list (in Word) like
Plaintiff. All the sudden this feature stopped working. I did not think
Outlook 2002 had this feature, but he is sure it had before. Is it possible
and how do I get it to go back to auto complete?

If he was using Word as his email editor, he might have had that feature.
