How do I get Windows XP Pro SP3 to display Japanese characters? I do know
about the Language Bar and how to get Internet Explorer to display Japanese
characters but is there anyway I can get the whole OS or Windows Explorer to
display Japanese characters?

For example when I browse Windows Explorer viewing the contents from a
Japanese CD the file names just come up as random unreadable characters, I
want them to be displayed as Japanese characters.

I think you will need to create a dual boot system with Japanese and English
versions of XP.
