You can display active tasks through the Views available in the Task folder
and subsequently on the To-Do Bar (Outlook 2007). However, if you dismiss a
reminder, I'm not sure there is a way to automatically regenerate one for
that task. You would have to select Snooze to see the reminder again.
You could set up a recurring task, but again, Dismiss will dismiss the
reminder. You would have to mark the task as complete so it could
re-generate and include the reminder.
There are other options, such as scheduling a recurring e-mail message that
could take the place of a reminder...I don't know how elaborate you want to
be with this.
