How do I get a table to reposition itself in frontpage

I have created a collapsible list in frontpage and want to place a table
below that will reposition with the list as it is open and collapsed. How do
I do it.

Create a two row table with no cell or table height, then insert the list in the top row and the
other table in the bottom row.
