How do I get SSL to stop popping up so much? IE6

Seems like just about every web page I go to, I get this
security alert about a certificate. I forgot how to
disable that. I have reinstalled windows xp pro and ever
since then it's been happening. Never did before.

I've gon into the internet options under advanced and
unchecked everything under 'security' other than 'use SSL
2.0 and 3.0'. If I want them to quit popping up, then I
have to install the certificate each time. Gets annoying
when you get 5 or 6 of them popping up on your credit
card payment web site. Thanks for the help
