How do I get it to show messages as replied to or forwarded?

I have Outlook 2003, and previous versions I have had and in Outlook Express,
emails were automatically marked with arrows if I had repled to or forwarded
them. This is helpful to me in remembering what I have already dealt with.
How can I set it up that way in Outlook 2003?

Outlook works that way as well for all messages using the default mail form.
What account type are you using?

Tips of the month:
-FREE tool; QuickMail. Create new Outlook items anywhere from within Windows
-Properly back-up and restore your Outlook data

It should happen automatically, unless you use a hotmail account in Outlook.
Then it doesn't work.
