How do I get From,Sent,To,Subject info to printout on sent items?

's Computer Specifications

Outlook 2003. When I printout "sent items" the From, Sent, To, Subject
information does not print out. What can I change to allow these to print?

Did it ever work? IE7 installed? Sounds like
