how do I get rid of a thing called"debugger"? that pops up and adv

advises me that there is an error in line number such and such do I want to
debug? I don't even know what debug is. how did it get on my comp? help! asap

Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab > checkmark in
'Disable script debugging > remove checkmark from 'Display a notification
about every script error'.
