....the "Auto complete" function in the search bar?

For example, when I type in "www.goo" it not only pulls
up "www.google.com" but the entire address string of a
search I did two week ago. I have gone to Tools> internet
options> , and done delete history, delete cookies, and
delete files with the delete all offline content option
checked and I still can't get it to stop remembering that
previous search.

Where can I purge that auto recall?

Have you tried IE-Tools-Internet Options-Content-AutoComplete?
