How do i get rid of a sent receipt

's Computer Specifications

I recieved a message saying that the sender requested a receipt but when i
clicked it it said the receipt had failed and now everytime i press
send/receive it keeps bringing up the same message saying its failed to send.
Is there anyway of deleting the receipt so it doesnt try to send it anymore?
