Once upon a time I tried to create an e-mail account for accessing Hotmail
messages via HTTP. when that didn't work, I tried to delete the account,
but it didn't work completely. Now, in Outlook 2003, there is a personal
folder file called Hotmail, except that the .pst file for it does not exist,
and I can't get rid of the Hotmail reference.

Every time I try, I get an error message saying that the data file does not
exist.

When I look in Control Panel->Mail, there is no data file for Hotmail.

How do I get rid of Hotmail from the list in Outlook 2003?
