how do I get rid of this nonsense-message every time?

I have a google personalized home as my home page, and every time I start IE
I get this nonsense-message:

how do I get rid of it?

That's a good one. It's either this or one of the others in the same section
but I think it was this one.

Open IE
Click tools
Click options
Click Security tab
Highlight trusted sites
Click Custom level button
Scroll down...
No, scroll further...
Find Web sites in less privileged web content zone can navigate into this
zone
Is that set to Prompt? Set it to enable...
As stated - if it's not that one then it's one of the other ones that is set
to prompt
