How do I get rid of the "Never give out your credit card".... when a chat session starts?

We are using Messenger internally at my company.
2 questions:

1 How do I get rid of the "Never give out your password or credit card
number in an instant message conversation." message when a conversation
starts?

2 Can I add a proprietary message from the server?
