How do I get rid of hover balloons in track changes?

Extremely distracting to review a track changed document, and when my cursor
stays in text for over a second, a balloon pops up showing me exactly the
text I'm trying to read in the document itself. I want those balloons
disabled, but can't figure out how to do it. Help!

In Word 2003, go to Tools, Options, then in the view tab unclick Screen tips

OOPS, perhaps I should have specified it's in Vista MS Office Word? Does
that change things? Because I disabled 'show screen tips' from (Unnamed Main
Menu sort of like the artist formerly known as Prince by virtue of a
squiggley icon in a circle)>Word Options>Screen Tips Style>Don't Show Screen
Tips, and it still does that annoying track changes balloons.

The setting in Word 2007 under

Office Button=>Word Options=>Display
for "Show document tooltips on hover"
should keep the content of comments, etc to show up when hovering over a change.

The track changes ballons in the margins can be disabled through the ribbon via
Review=>Track Changes=>Change Tracking Options
and at the bottom set the balloon use to 'Never'.
