I deleted some files in folder view, then made some new ones with the same
name. When I went to save them, FP said the deleted files were open. I've
tried everything to make FP realize they are gone - removed them from
Navigation, closed the site, closed FP. The ghost files are also visible on
the link directory when I make a link. I don't get it.
