I accidentally clicked the send a copy button in word, and I now can't get
rid of the email bar it has produced, even after I have closed and reopened
the file.

Does it help when you depress the Email button on the toolbar (the 5th from
the left)?

Or file > send to > mail recipient. It's a toggle setting.

Right-click on the toolbar and deselect the e-mail toolbar.
