Andreas - I'm having the same problem. I have a new computer that has
Outlook 2003. I copied my old .pst file from the old machine which had
Outlook 2000. I now have duplicate personal folders. Everything is exactly
duplicated in both places. I've looked as you suggested to see if there are
duplicate folders listed in mail in the control panel and under file / data
management and there is not. Just the one is listed. On another post in
this newsgroup a suggestion was made to create a new profile. Is that the
next step? How would you recommend doing that, getting everything copied to
the new profile and then removing the old? Thanks in advance.
