How do i get rid of the click to activate to control or press spacebar or

It's probably due to this update:

Internet Explorer ActiveX update
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/912945/en-us

If you installed it separately, you can uninstall it via Add/Remove in
Control Panel.

It will be included in the next cumulative security update next month, and
won't be uninstallable then.
