I give up...I just can't find a fix for this.

How do I get rid my calendar?

I have created a calendar file called calendar2 as a backup. It is a copy of
calendar and
works fine.

I also exported my calendar to an excel file.

What to do now?

Thanks,

jojo

I'm not sure about the history of your problem but you can't really get rid
of your Calendar folder easily. Have you tried creating a fresh PST file
then copying everything into it?

If you have 2 calendars, Calendar and Calendar 2 then moving items from one
to the other is a select and drag exercise (not importing). Deleting the
Calendar2 should be a case of right clicking it and selecting delete.

Can you try to describe your problem and what you want to achieve?

See "here we go again" on 10/25
I think some of the instructions had me create a new profile, but I don't
remember doing what you describe here.
Can you give me or point me to instructions>

Please see "here we go again" posted on 10/25/05

Something is very wrong with my calendar, and as you can see from he
previous post, I am out of ideas.

Thanks,
jojo

Do you know where your PST file is currently located?

c:\windows\profiles\myname\local setting\application data\microsoft\outlook

outlook.ost
mailbox.pst
archive.pst

that's what is in that folder.
There are no .pst files on my server.

Create a new PST with File>Open>Personal Folders File. Browse to the folder
where it should be stored (or accept the default), give it a name (or accept
the default) and click OK. Assign it a display value (or accept the
default) and click OK. The PST will now appear in your Folder List, if you
display it.

My personal approach at this point would be to make the new PST the delivery
location and move the data from the old PST to the new. If your Outlook is
in Internet Only Mode, you can do this by selecting the PST in the folder
list and choosing File>Properties. There's an option there to select the
PST as the delivery location. For Corporate/Workgroup mode, you can select
the delivery location from Tools>Services>Delivery. Once you've chosen the
delivery location, stop and restart Outlook. Then for each non-default
folder in the old PST (i.e., one you've created yourself), you can
right-click the folder and choose Copy, specifying the new "Outlook Today"
as the destination. For each default folder, you should be able to open the
old folder, select all the items in it with CTRL-A (you may have to switch
to a list view like By Category to do this - the Calendar requires it, I
believe) and then click Edit>Copy to Folder, specifying the corresponding
default folder in the new PST as the destination.
