each time I open Outlook, the Enter Network Passwork box pops up and will not
go away. I do not know my password to get rid of the box. I have typed all of
the passwords I can think of but no success. What do I need to Do? I can not
use outlook with the box popping up every 1/2 second.

Is this for a popmail account or exchange? Do you log into a domain or
workgroup?

I have the same problem. In my case, login is to a domain and we are using
POp mail. We are using Outlook 2003...

I have just had this same problem occur. I had a stable Outlook 2003 setup
for over 1 year, then suddenly 2 days ago this pop-up issue started. I get 2
different pop-ups; One asks for my internet login password and another one
asks for my network login password. I was convinced that I had picked up a
virus or worm, but after scanning with several different antivirus programs I
concluded that this is not the case. I even tried completely removing and
reinstalling office but the problem still exists. As Eugene stated, this
problem makes Outlook unusable. I have unfortunately had to switch to the
alternative suggested by our IT guy - Firefox. I really don't like it but I
have to have reliable email.

Doesn't anyone know the fix for this? I really want my outlook back.

How could you switch from using a mail client/PIM to using a web browser?
The two have no functionality in common whatsoever. Now, if you said you
switched to Thunderbird, I might believe you and if you did that, they why
not just use Outlook Express if you don't need the calendaring and task
management that Outlook provides?
