How do I get a reply-to address field in a Outlook 2007 Message

I would like to have a reply to field in all new messages as I have mulitple
forwarded email accounts.

It's right there in the Options dropdown, same as always.

If you want to specify a Reply-To address for each account, open the
properties of each account and specify the Reply-To value there.
