How do I get reminders to pop up? I've done the obvious

My reminder pop-up windows stopped popping up many weeks ago. Perhaps
coincidentally, the paperclip assistant displays the following message every
time I start Outlook: "There was a problem reading one or more of your
reminders. Cannot locate recurrence information for the appointment,". I've
done the obvious (checked to make sure that the option to have the reminders
pop up is indeed displayed, and also cleared all reminders and started over
again. No luck. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Try opening Outlook with the /cleanreminders switch:

Start > Run > outlook.exe /cleanreminders

Let me know what happens.

Did that again - didn't help. The first time I used that switch, reminders
popped up immediately.......for about a day...till I closed outlook and then
restarted.

What type of account do you have?

If you use a PST, have you scanned it for errors?
