how can i get picyures to come up when i email using front page

You can't, as images are linked to a page, not embedded in the page.

Why do you want to do this?

You have few options.

1. Publish the flyer to a location on the internet and give people a link to it.

2. Publish the image to a location on the internet and in the flyer, link to the images on the
internet using a absolute URL, http://www.yourdomainname.com/images/imagename.jpg

3. If you have a PDF creation app, then view in a browser and then convert to a PDF file and attach
that to your email.

Try doing it with Outlook Express instead of Outlook.
