Don't worry about the color, paint can be applied to
anything made of plastic. See Yoshi's modes on TechTV

I'm guessing that the clicker can be removed from most
mice/trackballs.
Short of trying all you can find on store shelves, if you
have an old mouse, take it apart and see if the click is an
added part.
