I am able to receive e-mail messages but not send messages from the outbox.
What needs to be adjusted or changed to correct this problem? Your assistance

Since you didn't specify your issue; could be lots of things. Do you get any
errors during Send/Receive?

Thanks for your response! I have resolved the problem. The problem was found
with Webroots Spy Sweeper. A sheild blocking e-mail attachments was the
culprit. Once the block was turned off no further problems evolved. Again,
