I've followed all steps online and downloaded what I think was needed but I
keep getting a message saying that I need to use the most recent version of
connector
Great! so how please?

What is live? Are you referring to the online version of BCM.

Ok so my question was kind of non-answerable.
But what I meant was Outlook live 2007, Calendar and hotmail calendar.
I found the latest version of connector and installed it, so I am getting my
hotmail to my outlook which was part of the solution I want.
The next entails several questions -

Where do I go to sign-up/pay for a subscription to use Outlook with hotmail
Calendar?

And another (inspired by your question) -

Is is possible to use Off2K7 BCM together with on-line services? and if so,
what service and how?

I am probably opening a whole mess of questions here, but in short it's
integration between what's off-line and what's on-line I am looking for, plus
the option to share it with coleagues in my company, as we're working out of
different cities around Europe

There's an online service with BCM, EMS a bulk email service.

I don't think you can add another online service to BCM. BCM will have
to add online services themselves in future releases.

It's possible that some of the online services that work with Outlook
(e.g. Live maps) will also work with BCM.

I think what Erik is attempting to ask about is how to use BCM with Microsoft
Office Live. (Not Outlook Live-No such thing). You can relate "some" data by
synching between Office Live and Outlook but in order to download and install
the Outlook connector, you have to be subscribed to either of the 2 paid
subscriptions (Essentials @ $19.95/Mo or Premium @ $39.95/Mo.) The free
Basics subscription cannot be set up to share with Outlook.
