How do I get import/export function back in Outlook 2003

I've had outlook 2003 for a few weeks now and generally I export my info
nightly, seems that yesterday a prompt appeared that asked if I'd like to
turn on Archiving so my box wouldn't get too full, to which I clicked ok.
Now, I don't have the import/export option from within File. How can this be
corrected? Thank you in advance
