Configure Outlook for your Yahoo Plus! account.

Note that the POP3 protocol only downloads from the Inbox folder and doesn't
support syncing with the with the mail server.

If that doesn't answer your question you'll need to use the body to specify
your configuration and clarify your request.

You can't get your Yahoo folders to show up in Outlook. Yahoo allows only
POP access and POP cannot recognize folders. You need a Yahoo Plus account
to even get POP access.

If you were to have a Yahoo Plus account, however, there is a potentially
laborious method to duplicate in Outlook the folder structure you have on
the Yahoo server, however. In involves moving each Yahoo folder contents to
the server's Inbox, downloading it, and moving it in Outlook to a matching
folder there.
