how do i get "folder list" in "GO" to work?

's Computer Specifications

For Outlook 2003 uner XP, on clicking "go" - right click "folder list",
nothing happens. how can this be rectified so i can delete junk email?

Don't right click the "folder list" option but the Junk E-mail folder
itself.
