How do i get flagged email from my other pst to show in my todo?

Our company has an exchange inbox with limited size - 20MB. So I have ended
up copying the information by hand to pst(s) i create. The issue is when i
do this any email i flag for a follow up then disappears from my tasks view
and todo list.

I've found a workaround by creating followup search folders but ideally i
want one view with my todo list across all my outlook data files.

Is this possible and what do i need to do to make it work?
