in the last installation saga of MS Office Outlook 2003, I was able to get
the "favourite folders" displayed below the "folder list", but post
re-installation of the same, the "favourite folders" box is not visible. I
have searched through the options without success.

how do I enable display of the favourite folders in the navigation pane ?

appreciate your help as always

Favorite Folders is only part of the Mail Navigation.
Use the Navigation buttons at the bottom to switch to it or press CTRL+1.
