Starting a few days ago when I click on a link in my email I get a dialogue
from the help "paper clip" that says: "Microsoft Outlook: This operation
has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please
contact your system administrator." with an OK button to click. I am using
Outlook 2002 SP3 and Windows XP home. I could cut and paste but many times
it doesn't give a URL just a hyperlink. I will be very grateful for any
assistance on this problem.
