how do i get each page sub-title to change to suit the page

When i first started to design my webpage the sub titles of each page used to
change to suit the page the customer would be on. During my changes this has
stopped. Can you please tell me how to get it back again?

You mean the title of the page? If so just choose Format, Background and
enter the title
