how do i get date/time/location of Outlook appt in the body text

On some Outlook appointments I receive, the first few lines look like the
following. I like it and would like my own appointments to automatically
include similar When and Where info but I can fine how to make that happen???

When: Tuesday, March 25, 2008 1:00 PM-1:30 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Time (US &
Canada).
Where: 4th Floor South Conference Room
