How do I get data from GoldMine into Business Contact Manager?

I am a long time user of GoldMine, and want to move all the contacts and
history from GoldMine to Business Contact Manager. Is that possible, or can
just the contact info be moved?

Just the contact info using CSV files.

There are companies that specialize in moving all data in ACT
databases to BCM, but I haven't heard of the same for Goldmine.
Usually Goldemine users want more sophisticated features that BCM
provides (e.g. roles and permissions) and migrate to MSCRM.

I've been using GoldMine for years, and depend on many aspects but not all.
It has been easy to have all incoming and outgoing e-mails automatically
filed so I can quickly look at everything related to each contact and
company. With the new MS OFFICE Ultimate, I've decided to transition all
the contacts, etc. and have figured it out thanks to a tip from one of the
support people... which took nearly 3 hours to get. :~( It is actually
very easy to load MS Outlook and Business Contact Manager. And I have
figured out how to keep all the communications and data up to date because I
use my laptop out of the office and at home and the desktop at work. I have
both connected to my office network and use the Export and Import. It works
perfectly.

Based on how easy it was for me (granted I am a techie), I hope those
companies don't expect too much business from act-to-bcm migrations. If
there is a market, I am missing out.
