How do I get "Connect To:" back?

When I first logged onto the server from my XP client, a "Connect To:" box
popped up asking for my username & password. I entered the details but also
accidentally ticked the "Automatically reconnect" box.

Now I want to change my connection details. How do I get that "Connect To"
box back?
