How do I get the "company" field to show on a report ?

On Outlook Business Contacts, I can produce reports showing name, address ,
telephone numbers etc (these all seem to be highlighted in Grey on the form)
I can seem to produce a report that transposes across the "Company" bit (this
is not highlighted in grey on the original form)
