I am unable to link my BCM to the contacts folder so when I open an email and
click the "TO" button for an address nothing is there.

Secondly, I am unable to change the folder Outlook uses for contacts due to
it being restricted thinking I am not an Administrator. This is a personal
computer purchased with bundle from Dell and am the only user??

I learned this TODAY!

In the main Outlook toolbar, go to "Tools"
select "Address Book"
go to its "Tools"
select "Options"
from there you have the option to see the BCM address list first, blah blah
blah.
