Because of the amount of spam that I have been receiving I have set the
download options to download message headers only and then I can choose if I
want to download them or delete them. As I have now got a good spamfighter I
want to go back to downloading the whole messages, how do I do this? I can't
find anything that allows me to do this, my messages still keep coming down
in header form only and I have to manually download the whole message.

Hi T5,

have a look on this site :

"Download headers and messages for POP3 accounts"
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...412061033.aspx

This is a description where you will find the setting for "Download headers
only". You must follow this description but you must deactivate the setting
"select Download headers only" when you will ask for.

Maybe it helps.
