How do I get auto complete store names ?

Hi Guru,

One of my user found that the name do not remain cached.

1. The option "Suggest names while completing To, Cc and Bc fields" was
checked.

2. Her email profile was created in mid Feb.

Does anyone know what might be causing this ?
