Do you have a page that can be viewed
that is using the script??

From what you posted, appears that the cgi script
is being called froma remote server. If so, you can
edit what it shows on your page. You can place a label:
"Do Maine people want a Casino in Sanford?"
near where the Yes No input buttons are
