I have been having a heck of a time trying to get a trial version of Outlook
2007 on my computer. The latest problem is that I can't fully remove outlook
2003. It was preinstalled on the computer and I have been using Outlook 2000,
which was removed normally. When I go to remove, or even change, the office
2003 suite it can't find the file C:\Program Files\OfficeUpdate11\Cabs\511735\

If the computer can't find it, it appears that it can't remove the program,
which then keeps the outlook 2007 from being installed.

I even tried installing office 2007 program by program, and having it delete
any old office programs, but that didn't work either.

Is it possible to manually delete the program, or rather, delete what is
left of the progam?

Would downloading outlook 2003 somewhere, and then deleting it work?

If so, is there anywhere to download a trial version of outlook 2003?

Thanks

OL2000 would not have installed if OL2003 was installed.
