When I receive an email with pictures and want to forward it, I can only seem
to forward it showing everyone that has received this email in the past. How
do I "forward" or create a new email with these pictures and text without
downloading every picture?

use the option to forward inline and remove the previous recipients
information. tools, options, email options.

after you click forward, you can just go down and delete all that other stuff
from the message.
